The idea behind myrecruity
In placement, we often had several suitable talents for one open position. In the end, only one was hired. The others weren't any worse — there just wasn't a matching position for them at that moment. Continuing to support them all and finding the right role for each simply wasn't feasible with the resources at hand: a single person can't run an individual placement process for many people in parallel.
The bottleneck isn't talent. It's the human capacity, as an intermediary, to connect all these good people with the right companies. That's exactly what we want to offer as a platform — at even better quality.
AI made possible what used to fail: scaling the placement work without losing quality. Together with Andreas, we decided to take this path — and to rethink the future of recruiting.
Today, myrecruity takes on exactly this placement work. The technology searches and sorts in the background — a human still reviews and decides each match. So every strong talent gets a fair chance, and companies get the people who truly fit.
Our aspiration: recruiting that puts people back at the centre — fair for talents, reliable for companies. We're beginning in IT — starting in Austria, growing across the DACH region. The goal remains the same as on day one: that no strong talent is overlooked just because capacity is missing.
