Follow submission and review status on your dashboard. If a moderator asks for changes, read the feedback, update your draft and submit it again.
Manage incoming company requests in one inbox. See the opportunity and match explanation, make your decision, and keep your profile and account settings within reach.
How matching works
Seven steps — and a real person checks at every turn that matters. Scroll to follow your profile's path.
Anna is our AI agent. She leads your first conversation, builds your profile and keeps you informed without you having to ask.
Build your profile from a CV, LinkedIn or your own words. Check the details and add your preferences. You can pause and return at any time.
You confirm your details and submit your profile for review and matching. Before this, companies cannot see it.
Our moderation team sees your submitted profile and checks completeness, plausibility and the anonymous preview for companies. If details need changes, you receive feedback so you can update them.
Our AI compares your profile and preferences with open roles a moderator has already approved, and explains each suggested fit with a score. It suggests — it never decides, and it never rejects you.
No suggestion goes out unchecked. A moderator reviews each one, notes why it fits, and can also hand-pick roles for you.
Registered companies first see only the anonymous preview: job title, headline, preferred location, availability, work model, desired roles and languages. Your name, contact details and salary expectation stay hidden. Interested companies send a request.
You review the role and decide on each request. Only your acceptance gives that company access to the permitted profile and contact details. Salary expectations, reasons for changing jobs and excluded companies stay private.
Privacy by default
Companies see a reviewed, anonymous profile. Your identity and permitted contact details stay private until you accept their request.

Enough to judge the fit — not enough to identify you.
Companies see your skills, experience and goals, without a score or a personality analysis.
EU hosting, GDPR compliance and a design aligned with the EU AI Act.
See every instance of profile sharing in your account under “Shared with companies” and withdraw each one individually. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Your data is kept for 24 months, then anonymised or deleted.
myrecruity is always free for talent. Create your profile once; we introduce you to relevant companies. You do not need separate applications for those introductions. Companies pay only when a placement succeeds.
Start with your CV, LinkedIn profile or your own words. Add experience, skills, desired roles, locations, work model and availability. Check imported details yourself. Your salary expectation helps assess fit and stays hidden from companies.
Your draft stays private while you build it. Moderators review your submitted profile. In matching, companies first see an anonymous preview; they receive your identity and permitted contact details only when you accept their request. Separately, you can release your profile to recruiter organisations to share with your consent for a specific role. Find those releases under “Shared with companies” and withdraw them individually. Salary expectations, reasons for moving and your exclusion list are never shared with companies.
Companies first see you without a name or contact details. Add your current employer and any companies you do not want to work for to your exclusion list; we will not introduce you there. Also check your headline and other free text in the anonymous preview for details that could identify you.
The request shows the company, role and match explanation. Accepting gives that company your permitted profile and contact details so you can talk. It does not mean accepting a job. Declining does not disclose your identity.
Anna is our AI agent and is always identified as AI. She helps build your profile and suggests suitable roles. People review your profile and matches; you decide who to meet and whether to accept a job.
A moderator may ask you to clarify or correct details. Read the feedback on your profile page, update your draft and submit it again. Pay particular attention to AI suggestions and information in the anonymous preview.
Your submitted profile is reviewed first. Requests then depend on relevant open roles, match reviews and company interest. A request or job is not guaranteed. Your portal shows your status and feedback; requests appear in your inbox.
Your draft and submitted profile are separate. Editing the draft does not automatically replace the version being reviewed or used for matching. Submit your updated profile when you want changes reviewed. You can pause building your profile and return later.
Withdraw your submission from your profile page and submit again when ready. Manage individual recruiter releases under “Shared with companies” and request account deletion in settings. Withdrawing does not undo information already shared with your consent.
Always free for you.
