General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by myrecruity GmbH, Weihburggasse 5/3, 1010 Vienna (hereinafter "myrecruity"), to users of the platform and services (talents, companies, recruitment agencies). Deviating terms of users apply only if myrecruity has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Services
myrecruity operates an AI-assisted platform for placing professionals and provides related services to companies and recruitment agencies. The scope and functions may change as part of ongoing development.
3. Early access / beta
Parts of the services are provided as part of an early-access or pilot operation. These may be limited in functionality and availability; there is no entitlement to specific functions or to uninterrupted availability.
4. Registration & user obligations
Registration is required for certain services. Users warrant that the information they provide is truthful and complete and that they keep their access credentials confidential. Users must not use the platform abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Fees
Use of the placement service is free of charge for talents. Services for companies and agencies are provided under a separate agreement; the respective conditions are agreed individually. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of statutory value added tax.
6. Term & termination
Unless agreed otherwise, either party may end the user relationship at any time. Separately agreed paid services are governed by the respective individual agreement.
7. Sharing your profile through recruiter organisations (talents only)
By accepting these Terms in version 2026.10, you, as a talent with a myrecruity account, agree that recruiter organisations that use myrecruity may send your complete profile (name, contact data, work experience, education, skills, languages and locations — never your salary expectation, your reasons for changing jobs or your exclusion list) to a company for a specific position, provided you have released your profile for recruiters. Each share is notified to you in your account and listed under "Shared with companies". There you can withdraw each individual share at any time; the company then no longer has access to your profile. You can also delete your account at any time. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy (section 3 g).
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
myrecruity is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, myrecruity is not liable for slight negligence; this does not apply to personal injury. myrecruity gives no guarantee that an employment relationship or placement will come about, nor for the suitability, accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties.
10. Changes to these Terms
myrecruity may amend these Terms for objective reasons. Registered users will be informed of material changes in good time.
11. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Vienna. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
